These terms govern your use of the Pepper Soup website and any enquiries or orders placed through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
The site currently operates in enquiry mode. Submitting an order creates an enquiry, not a confirmed purchase. No payment is taken until pricing and availability are confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to decline or modify any enquiry.
All prices are subject to confirmation. Where prices are displayed as "£—" or "TBD", they have not yet been finalised. Final pricing will be communicated during the order confirmation process.
Delivery orders require a minimum spend of £100 (after any discounts). Collection orders require a minimum spend of £50. These minimums are enforced once prices are confirmed.
Delivery areas and charges will be confirmed during order review. Collection is available at designated windows (8:00–9:00 am and 12:00–1:00 pm, Monday to Saturday). We do not operate on Sundays. Orders placed after the 1:00 pm daily cutoff are processed the following working day.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustration only and may not represent the exact item delivered. All products are sold by weight (kilogram).
Our products are perishable. Upon receipt, please inspect your order and store items appropriately. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery or collection.
You may cancel an enquiry at any time before it is confirmed by contacting our team with your order reference number. Once an order is confirmed and in preparation, cancellation may not be possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
